Essential Duties

  • Prepare the labour cost allocation and other revenue accrual files to be sent to Onshore.
  • Accrue revenue based on payroll data, and billing schedules from Operations Managers or Business Unit Heads.
  • Review revenue accrual vs. actual billing every month.
  • Perform variance analysis on current month and YTD revenue vs. target.
  • Send accrual amounts to Onshore every month.
  • Confirm intercompany balances with Canon Australia and Canon Business Services.
  • Prepare the billing and send out the invoices to customers.
  • Print the Billing Statements (BIR approved document) and create the official receipts.
  • Respond to the customers' inquiry on billing and other matters within the O2C scope.

Qualifications

  • Has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting
  • 1 to 3 years' working experience in the field of Finance and Accounting
  • Has outstanding verbal and written business communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategy experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience
