Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the warehouse layout, ensuring all items, particularly electronic PCBs, are stored in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Manage and track inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure timely reporting on stock status to prevent shortages and manage demand efficiently.
  • Coordinate and prepare necessary shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, including packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, ensuring parts and components meet specified standards before storage or shipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, purchase orders, and shipping documentation for accuracy and traceability.
  • Assist with other daily office tasks that support warehouse operations, including communicating with the office team to coordinate schedules and workflows.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to inventory and product availability, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ensure the warehouse adheres to safety regulations, conduct routine checks, and help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.

Job Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English is essential for daily interactions and reporting
  • Proficient in office informatics (MS Office or similar software) for managing records, reports, and communications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the solar energy industry is preferred and will be considered an advantage
  • Honest and committed
  • Proactive in problem-solving and handling customer service
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Working Arrangements

Working hours: 5.5 days per week

Monday – Friday and Saturday (half day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
