REQUIREMENTS:

  • Responsible for processing customer transactions, accepting payments, issuing receipts, and handling refunds or exchanges;
  • They maintain an organized work area, ensure accurate cash handling, provide customer service;
  • Apply discounts or promotions and reconcile cash at the end of their shift;
  • Accepts payments (cash, card etc.);
  • Assist with up-selling or cross-selling

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 6 months - 1 year experience;
  • Experienced using POS;
  • Must know how to handle refunds and exchanges;
  • Reconcile cash at the end of the shift
