  • Manage, coach and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth (vertical growth). Plan and manage the efficient distribution of products in his area (horizontal growth/reach)
  • Perform regular trade check to ensure proper implementation of merchandising, trade marketing strategies and to gather feedback from the trade.Recommend and implement efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies. Collect customer and market feedback and report the same to Management.
  • Monitor sales team performance, analyze data and perform periodical forecasting. Consolidate and prepare sales reports for submission to Sales Head and top management. Regularly participate in customer's business review and make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Budget management and expense control. .Participate and present reports and insights during the Company's monthly business review
  • Be involved in manpower planning and applicant evaluation to build the Sales team. Performance Management and Evaluation of sales personnel within his area.
  • Adhere to company policies, rules and regulations and code of discipline. Other tasks/projects related to his function that may be assigned by management. Prefer native Chinese speaker with fluent business English.

  • l   预算管理和费用控制。参与公司月度业务回顾会议,并汇报报告和见解。
