Job Responsibilities

As Marketing & Communications Officer, you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness (Suzhou Dimsum & Reset Café)
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with consistent posting
  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels) in line with our brand voice
  • Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, sales impact)
  • Support in-store promotions (menu posters, flyers, digital screens)
  • Work with operations team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
  • Explore new trends and opportunities in digital marketing to keep the brands relevant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (F&B/retail experience preferred)
  • Strong skills in content creation (photo, video, editing apps like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe suite)
  • Knowledge in social media advertising/boosting is a plus
  • Creative, proactive, and updated on food & lifestyle trends
  • Strong communication and writing skills (English & Filipino)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
