DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management

  • Supervise day-to-day spa operations and ensure service quality.
  • Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and compliance with spa protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of spa facilities.

Financial Handling

  • Safekeep daily sales and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Owner.
  • Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.

Customer Service

  • Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Staff Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and discipline staff when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to therapists and front desk staff.
  • Assist in staff training, particularly on massage and spa services.

Reporting & Problem-Solving

  • Submit operational and financial reports to the Owner.
  • Identify and execute solutions for operational concerns.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Owner for decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. At least a 2-year course graduate, preferably with supervisory background in spa, wellness, or service-related industry.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in spa or related services.
  3. Knowledge and experience in massage services is an advantage.
  4. Trustworthy in handling money and financial transactions.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
