MIS Specialist

The role of the MIS Specialist for Engineering Maintenance is to manage and improve information systems and technology solutions that are integral to the smooth functioning of engineering maintenance operations within the airport.

This includes overseeing the Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX), and Public Address (PA) systems. The specialist is in charge of ensuring that these systems are not only operational and dependable but also seamlessly integrated to support airport operations effectively.

System Management and Support:

• Provide support for hardware and software issues for staff, either in-person or remotely. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and network systems. Ensure proper system updates and patches are applied.

Flight Information Display System (FIDS):

• Oversee the Flight Information Display System's operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with airlines and other stakeholders to integrate and update flight information effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in relevant areas is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role, preferably within the aviation or engineering maintenance sectors, is required.
• Amenable for onsite, 6 days work week, shifting schedule
• Location: Laguindingan, Misamis Orinetal

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
