Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell fresh chicken products to customers in EASYMART HALANG BINAN.
  • Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and requests for specific cuts or portion sizes.
  • Perform proper chicken cutting, deboning, slicing, and portioning as required.
  • Ensure fresh chicken products are displayed attractively and replenished regularly.
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, removing expired or damaged items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, tools, and display chiller/freezer.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling guidelines at all times.
  • Provide product knowledge to customers (e.g., cooking methods, storage tips).
  • Coordinate with store staff and suppliers regarding inventory, stocks, and promotions.
  • Support in conducting product sampling, tastings, or promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate (Vocational training in food handling is a plus).
  • Experience as a promodizer, butcher, or in fresh/frozen meat handling preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in chicken cutting, deboning, and portioning techniques.
  • Customer-oriented, with good communication and selling skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle chilled/frozen products.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned in Rockwell Power Plant Mall
