Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., FRM, CPA, CFA, CIA) preferred.
  • Proven expertise (15+ years) in risk management, governance, or compliance - Operational, Market, Credit, Liquidity, Finance and IT Risks leadership—ideally within [banking/insurance/financial services/related industry].
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance principles, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at Board and Executive levels.
