A beauty advisor provides personalized beauty consultations, recommends and demonstrates beauty products, stays updated on trends, and helps customers achieve their beauty goals.

Customer Interaction & Sales

  • Greet customers: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Consultations: Conduct personalized skincare and makeup consultations to understand client needs, skin type, and preferences.
  • Product recommendations: Suggest and sell cosmetics, skincare, and hair care products tailored to individual client needs and budgets.
  • Product demonstrations: Show customers how to properly apply makeup and skincare products.
  • Sales goals: Consistently meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent service, address concerns, and build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time
