Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments to align operational activities with business goals.
  • Monitor inventory, resources, and supplies to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend improvements in operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management.
  • Identify process gaps and provide solutions to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support in the planning and execution of special projects or company initiatives.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry-related regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Background in the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
