Job Description:

As the
Service Operations Officer
, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across field deployment, service delivery, and client enablement activities. This role bridges strategy and execution, driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Trial Support and Service Delivery Readiness

  • Monitor and document field trial execution, identifying insights to improve upcoming deployment strategies
  • Prepare and manage Work Initiation Documents to align internal units before deployment.
  • Track field personnel man-hours and field observations to optimize team workflows.
  • Onboard field personnel onto the platform to facilitate service fulfillment and reporting.

2. Operational Systems and Process Development

  • Develop and maintain internal systems such as the Document Management System and the Operational Readiness Plan.
  • Create operational tools such as the Service Delivery Scoping Checklist and end-to-end service workflows for improved efficiency and accountability.
  • Support strategic business pivots by integrating operational insights into change management initiatives.

3. Sales Support and Client Enablement

  • Compose and refine contracts and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Handle field expense tracking via NetSuite reimbursement logging.

4. Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and support special initiatives, including case studies, new service scoping, and workshop design for process innovation.
  • Contribute to business transformation by participating in strategic planning and pilot service development.

5. Documentation

  • Prepare executive-level documentations and presentations for ManCom meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in service operations, field deployment, or process development.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
