Position Overview

The President will be the strategic leader of the company, overseeing all aspects of operations, management, and growth initiatives. This role involves driving the company's business strategies, managing high-level operations, making key decisions, and ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives. The President will work closely with other senior executives and the Board to guide the organization toward sustainable profitability, expansion, and long-term success in the trading and solar industry.

Job Qualifications:


• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.


• Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant advanced degree with a focus on international business, finance, or strategic management.

Experience


• At least 10 years of senior management experience in a trading company, solar energy company, or a combination of both industries.


• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale business operations, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth.


• Deep knowledge of the solar energy market, including installations, grid integration, government incentives, and emerging trends.


• Experience managing commodity trading operations, including import/export activities, market analysis, and logistics.
