Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Data Entry Specialist to oversee and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of product data across our online stores. This role is critical to ensuring our digital storefronts are up-to-date, visually compelling, and aligned with company pricing and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

  • Update and maintain the product database for all online store platforms.
  • Ensure all product information—including pricing, descriptions, specifications, and availability—is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Product Creation and Optimisation:

  • Create new product listings in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Source, verify, and upload high-quality product images.
  • Manage product attributes, tags, and categories to ensure correct site navigation and filtering.
  • Write and update compelling product web descriptions to enhance SEO and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and improve meta descriptions and keywords to drive search visibility.

Pricing Management:

  • Set and adjust retail and sale prices in line with company pricing policy.
  • Update pricing based on negative gross profit (GP) reports.

Data Accuracy and Communication:

  • Identify and correct any price, quantity, or product discrepancies.
  • Communicate with suppliers and the internal Australia department team to obtain and verify missing or unclear product information.

SEO/SEM & Marketing Support:

· Optimise product naming conventions for clarity and SEO performance.

· Update promotional banners, tags, or time-sensitive information during campaigns.

· Coordinate with marketing to ensure products are correctly featured during sales, events, and seasonal promotions.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Perform additional administrative and data-related tasks as needed or requested by management.

Qualifications:

· At least 1-4 Years Experienced Employee

· At least 1 year proven experience with data entry.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Strong written communication skills.

· Proficiency with data entry software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
