Technical Service Engineer

Locations: Metro Manila | Southern Tagalog | Region I | Cebu

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite | Field Work

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Regular working hours)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Technical Supervisor.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of machines.
  • Perform alignment, calibration, quality control, and testing prior to delivery.
  • Evaluate machines to ensure full functionality and reliability.
  • Conduct machine orientations, demos, and actual runs with clients.
  • Prepare and submit daily technical reports and documentation.
  • Be on-call for urgent client concerns beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Uphold high technical standards and ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), BS Electronics Engineering, or related vocational engineering course with diagnostic field experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Patient, hardworking, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel or be assigned nationwide.
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed.
