Join Our Team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative
Are you passionate about helping customers and driving results? We're looking for motivated individuals to join as Customer Service & Sales Representatives.
What You'll Do:
- Answer customer calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints while providing excellent service
- Collect feedback to help improve products and processes
- Proactively reach out to customers, introduce our products/services, and guide them through registration, account setup, or first orders
- Follow up with potential clients until a successful transaction or contract is completed
- Record all communications and transactions accurately in the system
- Meet performance targets on registration conversion and sales transactions
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years CSR Sales experience (voice, chat, or email)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Amenable to work the night shift
- Amenable to start ASAP
- Goal-driven and able to work independently
