Financial Reporting Accountant

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Accounting Analyst to support our Controllership team in delivering legal entity Controllership responsibilities across various business and service lines. This full-time role offers exposure to global processes, senior leaders, controllers, and key stakeholders. The primary responsibilities include preparing key EMEA balance sheet account reconciliations and assisting with statutory financial statements for our EMEA entities. Attention to detail and process improvement skills are essential for success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare EMEA balance sheet account reconciliations with country controllers and finance teams.
  • Support internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Controllership standards.
  • Assist in US GAAP to local GAAP trial balance conversions for audit and compliance.
  • Collaborate with EMEA business teams to understand supported entities.
  • Contribute to statutory financial statement preparation, audits, and process improvements.
Candidate Profile
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Skills & Mindset: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; solution-oriented mindset.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Reliable team player capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to workflows.
