  • Prepare and consolidate accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting periods ensuring adherence to established timelines and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation submission of financial data for SEC filings, adhering to strict regulatory timelines.
  • Lead and support the coordination and integration of financial data from various departments to ensure a seamless a accurate close.
  • Manage the consolidation of financial results, including intercompany eliminations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Prepare and review detailed financial statements footnotes, disclosures and other supporting requirements related to NAM region.
  • Ensure that all financial reporting and consolidation processes adhere to controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Local GAAP / US GAAP experience
