Reports To: UK-based Architecture & Planning Lead

Role Overview

The Architect will support the design and delivery of UK residential and mixed-use development projects. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail in producing architectural drawings, design proposals, and planning documentation. The Architect will collaborate closely with UK consultants, surveyors, and planning professionals, ensuring outputs meet company standards and align with UK planning requirements.

The successful candidate will begin working remotely from September 2025 and transition to our Cebu office when it opens in November/December 2025.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, design proposals, layouts, and technical details for UK projects.

Read and interpret UK planning documents, policies, and local development plans.

Produce clear and accurate design documents for planning and construction purposes.

Coordinate with internal teams, UK-based consultants, surveyors, and planners.

Maintain accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all architectural outputs.

Ensure drawings and documentation are delivered to deadlines and project standards.

Contribute ideas and design solutions to support project innovation and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Licensed Architect (or equivalent recognized qualification).

Minimum of 5 years professional experience in architecture.

Demonstrated experience in residential design (essential).

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (essential).

Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit (advantageous but not required).

Excellent English skills (reading and comprehension essential; writing and speaking required).

Familiarity with UK planning and building regulations (advantageous – training provided).

Strong design sense, accuracy, and ability to work independently.

Effective communicator with good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Philippines Time)

8 working hours + 1-hour lunch

Compensation & Benefits

₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month (depending on experience).
