As a senior member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing end-to-end SAP solutions that address critical business requirements from conceptualization to implementation, and beyond into continuous support.
• Architecting complex SAP environments to ensure seamless integration with existing and new technologies.
• Conducting comprehensive business requirements analysis through stakeholder interviews, detailed workshops, and critical evaluations of existing documentation to support informed system architecture decisions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends, such as SAP S/4HANA, to deliver innovative system enhancements and optimizations.
• Leading project teams, providing guidance on best practices in SAP architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and compliant with global standards.
• Mentoring SAP consultants and analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Working closely with various business units to align technological solutions with strategic objectives, ensuring a seamless translation into actionable SAP solutions.
• Managing the strategic planning of SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including scope definition, timeline setting, and resource allocation.

WHO ARE YOU

You are a professional with a profound appreciation and expertise in SAP solutions, possessing:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with a solid track record in designing and implementing robust SAP solutions.
• An in-depth understanding of SAP functional areas and integration points, with a strong focus on leveraging SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading several full lifecycle SAP implementations as the main Solutions Architect.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, with experience in designing and deploying SAP solutions in cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, able to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving remarkable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of crafting innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
