JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand Manager directly analyze and integrate various financial reports in developing strategies to overall manage the achievement of the brand's business goals. Brand managers also scout the market for viable distribution, adopt technology to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media through leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful and on-time execution of marketing initiatives. He also drives, trains, and engages concerned parties to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy:
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research, create brand identities, and collaborate with design teams. Monitor trends, competitors, and new product lines to drive business growth.
Product Management:
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to post-launch. Manage product assortments, pricing, promotions, and inventory to optimize profitability and performance.
Marketing & Promotions:
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and in-store channels. Analyze campaign performance, manage social media, and enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Retail Operations:
Ensure brand consistency across all retail channels, develop merchandising standards, and monitor store performance. Collaborate with sales teams to improve customer experiences.
Brand Partnerships:
Identify and manage strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and reach, including influencers and retailers.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a brand team, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related course
- At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in the retail industry
- Proficient computer skills- MS Applications, Social Media
- Good oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
- Has a sense of urgency and follow-thru
