About the Role

Responsible for estimating and costing, reviewing bid documents, preparing evaluations, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Review and Study Bid Documents including Employer's Requirement, Technical Specifications, and Bid Plans for Auxiliary System to mitigate possible risk in Estimate & Cost activities.
  • Prepares In-house Quantity & Cost for Projects under Bidding.
  • Prepares Technical & Commercial Evaluation for Auxiliary Suppliers & Subcontractors.
  • Prepares Auxiliary Submittals for Bid Submission.
  • Provides assistance in Post-bid Activities.
  • Coordinates with other Trades related to Auxiliary System.
  • Prepares Request for Quotations to Auxiliary Suppliers & Subcontractors.
  • Prepares Request for Information to Auxiliary Designers/ Clients.
  • Reconciliation with Auxiliary Subcontractors.
  • Understands and conforms with the safety rules and procedures;
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time in relation to MEP works and performs overtime work if needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of ECE
  • Experience: Must be a college graduate and licensed ECE, has an ability to work efficiently in an organized manner with extensive knowledge on auxiliary activities and strong attention to detail skills. High levels of initiative and willingness to learn M&E Trades.
