Professional Electronics Engineer (PEE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, and oversight of advanced electronic systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver reliable engineering solutions that meet industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, analysis, and validation of electronic systems, circuits, and components
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance on engineering standards, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Approve engineering plans, drawings, and technical documents as mandated for licensed Professional Engineers
  • Oversee system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend innovative engineering solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time project outcomes
  • Prepare and review reports, specifications, and certification documents

Qualifications

  • Must be a registered Professional Electronics Engineer (PEE)
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in electronic system design, R&D, testing, or engineering project leadership
  • Strong proficiency in circuit design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, MATLAB, SPICE)
  • Excellent understanding of standards such as IEEE, IEC, NEC, or related engineering codes
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in automation, instrumentation, RF systems, embedded systems, or industrial electronics is a plus
