JOB SUMMARY:

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hotel's cash management operations, ensuring the safekeeping, accurate recording, and timely deposit of all collections. This role ensures the proper disbursement of funds, maintains up-to-date and accurate records of the property's cash position, and prepares related treasury and cash flow reports. The Treasury Supervisor also monitors daily cash flow to identify excess funds and recommends suitable short-term investment opportunities to maximize returns while maintaining optimal liquidity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or F&B operations).
  • Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking processes.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to be assigned in the Iloilo Business Park, Iloilo

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
