We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Compliance Specialist to handle the company's regulatory compliance, including the renewal of business permits and the processing of SEC and BIR-related documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company meets all statutory and tax-related obligations in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor the renewal of business permits, mayor's permits, and other local government requirements
  • Handle the preparation, submission, and compliance of BIR-related documents such as registration updates, certifications, and other tax filings
  • Coordinate with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for corporate filings, updates, and renewals
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with bookkeeping standards
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit sales and collection reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Generate and organize disbursement reports and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and proper documentation of all financial transactions
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure all regulatory requirements and deadlines are met

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related accounting course
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in tax compliance, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and financial reporting
  • Experience in preparing sales, collection, and disbursement reports
  • Familiarity with BIR and SEC compliance processes is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP System is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
