About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Country Manager to lead our operations in the banking and finance sector. Based onsite in BGC, Taguig, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards within the country.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the country's operations, including sales, compliance, finance, and human resources.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, regulators, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, government meetings, and networking forums.

Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing operations and driving growth in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and banking compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in BGC, Taguig.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and diverse cultures is an advantage.
