Job Overview:

  • Manage volunteer placement, international flight logistics, and volunteer preparation.
  • Support the credentialing process by ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Assess volunteer evaluations and provide regular updates on volunteer placement and team composition status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, program management, project management, non-profit studies, international relations, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in volunteer coordination, customer service, or project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multi-cultural contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
