Our Engineering team develops SaaS solutions to help customers achieve ESG goals. We seek passionate, energetic individuals who can navigate ambiguity and challenge the status quo to develop scalable, secure applications.

Responsibilities:Write high-quality, maintainable, reusable, and secure automation code using OOP and SOLID principles. Develop scalable automation frameworks for functional and performance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including regression testing.

Create effective and efficient test cases. Act as a subject matter expert in feature domains and platform capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and design solutions.

Contribute to technical design reviews, implement features, and demonstrate in Agile settings. Mentor team members and share knowledge and assets. Qualifications:Required:3+ years of software development experience in technologies such as in designing and automating test cases effectively.

Knowledge of test modeling and architecture. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Preferred:Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or extensive proven expertise.

Experience in web and API development (.NET, Java, Python), UI automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber), and cloud platforms (Azure or others). Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing, and debugging skills. Experience throughout the full product lifecycle from design to deployment.

Understanding of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization. Experience with multi-platform software deployment. Ability to consider diverse customer needs, including assistive technology users.
