Viandé is looking for a dynamic and versatile team member who can deliver exceptional service behind the bar and at the coffee counter. We want someone who takes pride in crafting both classic cocktails and expertly prepared coffee drinks, while providing guests with a refined and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
  • Brew high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station.
  • Ensure consistency, speed, and attention to detail in every drink served.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage warmly with guests.
  • Manage stock levels of bar and coffee supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bartender and barista preferred.
  • Knowledge of cocktail techniques, coffee preparation, and flavor balance. ; Must know how to operate an espresso machine coffee grinder and blender.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
