About the Role

Join our dynamic Operations team as a Rigger You'll play a vital role in safely and efficiently executing rigging jobs under the supervision of Crew Leaders and Supervisors. This position is essential to the success of our heavy-lift and logistics operations — perfect for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and ready to take on challenges in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging and lifting jobs in accordance with safety standards and crew leader instructions.
• Operate rigging tools and equipment properly and responsibly.
• Assist Crew Leaders in executing rigging operations as required by clients.
• Conduct housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are properly loaded on trucks.
• Support job site safety and report any incidents or irregularities to the Crew Leader or Supervisor.

Reporting Lines

Reports directly to the Supervisor / Crew Leader and coordinates with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Preferably a TESDA-certified Rigger
• At least 1 year of experience as a Rigger or in a similar role
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments
• Responsible, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Skills & Training

• Good oral and communication skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can perform well under pressure
• Committed and dependable
