Location: Pasay City, but will be deployed outside of Metro Manila

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in challenging worksites? We're looking for a Crew Leader – Rigger to take charge of heavy-lift operations, ensuring safety, precision, and teamwork on every project. You will lead a crew on-site, oversee rigging activities, and coordinate equipment, manpower, and reports to deliver quality service to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct job site surveys and prepare detailed reports on project scope, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.
  • Supervise and guide rigging crews during execution of heavy-lift operations.
  • Give clear instructions, hand signals, and safety reminders to operators and crew.
  • Inspect and monitor tools, lifting gear, and equipment before and during use.
  • Ensure all incidents and concerns at the job site are properly reported.
  • Prepare completion and service reports signed by clients after project execution.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Operations Manager for project updates and support needs.

Who You Are

  • High school graduate
  • Has at least 1 year of experience as a Crew Leader or Rigger in the same field
  • Can handle pressure and adapt to fast-paced job site conditions
  • Holds a valid driver's license and knows how to drive
  • Dedicated, disciplined, and safety-conscious

Preferred Skills & Training

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
  • Able to prepare basic incident and service reports
  • Determined, responsible, and a team player
