Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers regarding flight inquiries, reservations, changes, and cancellations.

·       Provide accurate information to customers about flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures.

·       Assist customers in making flight reservations and bookings using the airline's reservations system.

·       Handle payment transactions and ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.

·       Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, such as rebooking flights, processing funds, and addressing complaints.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

·       Previous customer service or airline industry experience is preferred.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

·       Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.

·       Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
