Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze sales data across multiple platforms (Google Sheets, , Pipedrive, and bespoke sales platforms)
  • Identify patterns and differences between datasets to support sales efficiency
  • Assist with process optimization using AI tools
  • Support sales operations, including lead generation and outbound calls
  • Provide administrative support, including file and project management
  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Participate in ongoing training for data management and analysis
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and potentially transition to other roles as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data management, analysis, and sales support
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with project and file management tools
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, remote team
  • Flexible availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the client's time zone
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and processes
  • Based in the Philippines (preferred)
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
