Senior Website Content Writer
to join their dynamic team.
Possible Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality website copy: Create engaging and informative content for various website pages, including service and industry pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
- Conduct SME interviews: Interview subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Edit and proofread: Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
- Manage content projects: Manage content projects from start to finish, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
- Write in accordance with AP Style standards: Adhere to AP Style standards for grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Follow brand guidelines: Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
- Meet tight deadlines: Consistently deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines, often turning around writing assignments within 3-5 business days or less.
Qualifications
- Amenable to work Night-shift (8:00 PM-5:00 AM PHT)
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a content writer or copywriter.
- Proven experience writing technical content for the accounting industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and gather information from subject matter experts.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with AP Style standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a B2B / professional services environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other website analytics tools.
