About the Role

As AVP – RCM Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end U.S. healthcare revenue cycle — from patient registration and billing to claims and collections. You will lead multi-site operations with 850+ employees, drive transformational initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outcomes that directly impact client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RCM operations, ensuring SLA delivery across claims, billing, collections, and denials.
  • Drive process transformation, automation, and service delivery excellence.
  • Manage multi-site operations, optimize headcount utilization, and oversee FTE billing models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, CRM, sales, contracting, network) to deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, NSA, ACA, and HFMA standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, deliver performance reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 20–22+ years total experience, with
    minimum 15+ years in U.S. Healthcare RCM operations
    .
  • Proven leadership managing 500+ FTEs in large-scale, client-facing RCM operations.
  • Expertise in denial management, AR reduction, cash flow optimization, and KPI governance.
  • 10+ years in service delivery transformation (automation, RPA, robotics in RCM BPM).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance, governance, and regulatory standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Business Administration (Master's preferred).

Good-to-Have

  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
  • Certifications such as CRCS (Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist) or CPHM.
  • MBA from a reputed institution.
