Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze advertising campaign data and evaluate performance metrics to develop optimization strategies.
  2. Monitor key advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, LTV, etc.), evaluate ROI, identify issues and propose improvement solutions.
  3. Study user behavior data, optimize attribution strategies, and enhaance user growth and conversion funnels.
  4. Design and implement A/B tests to validate optimization strategies
  5. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketting and product teams to improve campaign efficiency

Preferred Background & Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in data science or data analytics, focusing on marketing and user
  • growth.
  • Proven track record working with performance marketing dataincluding paid channels (Google
  • Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs), CRM, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, and experience in Pythoror R for data manipulation,
  • modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, osimilar
  • Deep understanding of online marketing metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV,CAC, retention, attribution, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ableto build relationships and
  • influence cross-functional partners.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growthenvironment
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to cross-regional collaboration
  • requirements.
