Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, preferably a licensed Chemical Engineer.
  • At least 8 years experience in production processes and operations, with solid knowledge in methods and techniques in production.
  • At least 2-3 years experience as Production Manager, preferably in Manufacturing plant with chemical exposure.
  • With strong leadership and risk assessment skills.
  • Willing to be assigned at Maybunga, Pasig City.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and schedule production operations to meet deadlines and optimize resource use.
  • Lead and supervise the Production Chemist, Laboratory Chemist, and Production Leadman, ensuring high performance and adherence to production schedules and target output.
  • Enforce strict quality control measures to maintain product standards and minimize defects.
  • Oversee the manufacturing storage room inventory and raw material management, ensuring timely availability and reducing waste.
  • Implement the uphold safety protocols, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Control and reduce production costs through efficiency improvements, and manufacturing employee evaluation, providing data-driven insights to upper management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Plant Manager, Sales & Marketing, Fabrication, Safety Officer, QA and Central Warehouse) for smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity, workflow, and team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
