What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and empathetic assistance
  • Respond to customer complaints and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide detailed product information and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with the broader team to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
