Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to answer calls and complete booking information for customers in a timely and accurate manner. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
  • Collect and input booking information accurately into the system.
  • Provide clear information and assistance regarding booking procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and bookings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful service.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
