Project Manager (SaaS Delivery & Operations)

Location: Remote working 9-6pm Philippine time

Reports to: CEO & CTO

We're seeking a Project Manager to drive client delivery, operations, and communication across our growing SaaS business. This role will be the operational hub connecting clients, developers, and leadership—ensuring every project, go-live, and support request runs smoothly from start to finish.

You'll manage ongoing client projects, handle delivery timelines, and provide structured updates while ensuring a first-class client experience. A natural multitasker with exceptional organisational skills, you'll thrive at the intersection of customer success, delivery, and internal operations.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the main contact for live clients, managing queries, feature requests, and product issues.
  • Coordinate onboarding and go-live timelines across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate client needs into actionable tasks.
  • Track progress, report status updates, and manage client expectations.
  • Lead internal operational projects (e.g. systems migrations, process improvements).
  • Support the CEO with proposals, documentation, and key company initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience managing SaaS or tech delivery projects.
  • Strong background in client-facing roles and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM, support/ticketing, and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Notion, Jira, ClickUp).
  • Comfort using cloud-based systems (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent English communication skills—clear, confident, and client-friendly.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments a strong plus.
