We are urgently hiring 10 Customer Service Representatives to join our team for an outbound survey campaign supporting a UK Postal Service. In this role, you'll be reaching out to customers to gather feedback through structured surveys—no selling involved

If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy talking to people, and are ready to start immediately, we'd love to have you on board.

Job Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound survey calls to UK-based customers.
  • Record and input responses accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure professionalism and a positive experience in every interaction.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience (outbound preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working on a night shift aligned with UK hours.
  • Can start immediately (within 1–2 days).
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
