The Accounting Associate is responsible for performing variety of duties under the supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor all monthly payables and ensure they paid ahead of time/on time as approved.
  2. Facilitate coordination and routing of all requests and checks for signature.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all checks, check vouchers, corresponding remittance slip, required documents, etc.
  4. Monitor Cash Advances
  5. Prepare summary of liquidation and posting of the same in the accounting system
  6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports/inventory of all checks that were processed/released
  7. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
  2. With atleast one (1) year experience in accounts payable.
  3. At least one (1) year work experienced in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Must be trustworthy, team player and follow instructions thoroughly.
  5. Can START ASAP
