Reporting to: Process Improvement Manager

Work Schedule: 5 day work week

As a Process Engineer, you will focus on driving incremental and sustainable improvements in processes, quality, and efficiency through the implementation of continuous improvement principles. He/she will facilitate process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean and Kaizen methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Collaborates with teams across various departments to gather input, gain insights, and implement solutions that drive change.
  • Leads problem-solving efforts to address operational challenges, using root cause analysis and data-driven approaches.
  • Drive the development of standardized work procedures and visual management systems to sustain improvements.
  • Analyzes current processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
  • Researches and stays updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and operational excellence.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering course (preferably EE, IE, ME)
  • With experience in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, reporting and improvement
  • Preferably with experience in ISO
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing
