Position Summary

The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic partner and key advisor to the President/CEO. This role coordinates cross-departmental initiatives, ensures effective execution of organizational priorities, and enhances the efficiency of the executive office. The Chief of Staff acts as the primary liaison between the President/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, helping align daily operations with long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Support & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the President/CEO on organizational priorities, decision-making, and strategy.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Support the development and execution of short- and long-term goals.

Executive Office Management

  • Manage and streamline the workflow of the President/CEO, including prioritizing tasks, meetings, and communications.
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, briefing notes, and key documents.
  • Ensure decisions and directives from the President/CEO are communicated and implemented effectively.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between departments to align strategy, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor progress on key objectives and report updates to the President/CEO.

Operational Oversight

  • Analyze internal processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and alignment.
  • Oversee execution of special projects and operational plans as assigned by the President/CEO.
  • Support budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking as needed.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the President/CEO's representative in meetings, committees, and external events when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, board members, and external partners.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in executive support, operations, project management, consulting, or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in Mining Industry and Mining Operation is highly preferred.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership is highly preferred.
  • Mining Engineer License is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred to support communication with local stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business practices, regulatory environments, and local industry dynamics is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
