o Address customer inquiries, requests, or complaints in a professional manner.
Order Taking and Serving
o Take food and beverage orders accurately.
o Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Food Preparation
o Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes.
o Maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Cash Handling
o Operate the cash register on-point-of-sale system.
o Process Payments and provide correct change or receipts.
Cleaning and Maintenance
o Clean dining areas, workstations, and kitchen equipment regularly.
o Ensure the restaurant or outlet meets hygiene and safety standards.
Inventory Management
o Monitor stock levels of supplies and ingredients
o Restock items as necessary and report shortages to the supervisors.
Teamwork
o Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations
o Support other team members during busy shifts.
