Key Responsibilities

  • Patient & Clinical Support: Prepare charts, labs, and med history in EMR; ensure consents are signed; send treatment reminders and post-care instructions; track memberships and unused benefits.
  • Inventory & Vendor Management: Monitor supply levels, request vendor quotes, and track product expiration dates.
  • Finance & Reporting: Generate weekly productivity reports, track disputes/payments in Clover, and maintain COGS sheets for profitability analysis.
  • Team Support: Coordinate schedules, track training logs, manage onboarding materials, and flag provider schedule gaps.
  • Executive/Personal Support: Handle CME registrations, travel itineraries, inbox management, competitor research, and special projects like SOPs and brochures.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong English communication (written and verbal).
  • Medical administrative support experience required
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Aesthetic Records) preferred.
  • Experience in the medical or aesthetic industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
