As a
Business & Financial Analyst,
you'll design and maintain dashboards in Power BI, integrate data across multiple systems, and support financial planning and analysis. You'll transform complex data into clear insights that help leadership make strategic decisions and improve forecasting.

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Minimum Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
• Strong background in
  Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with financial and clinical systems
  such as ModMed, NetSuite ERP, and Paycom.
• FP&A experience including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• SQL/data manipulation skills preferred.

Required Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to consolidate and interpret complex datasets across multiple systems.
• Skilled in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and report-building expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present findings clearly.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical leadership.

Your Daily Tasks

• Leverage enterprise data architecture to deliver faster, more accurate reporting.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
• Integrate data from ModMed, NetSuite, and Paycom using Alteryx and Azure Data Lake.
• Provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams for actionable insights.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership.
