About the role

Pathland Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in our Pasig City office. As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate development projects, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed Engineer or Architect
  • At least 5 years of experience in the following:
  • Work in house construction and land development
  • Supervisory experience
  • Project management experience- Strong understanding of formal project management methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Personality
  • Can work under pressure
  • Not easily intimidated.
  • Has people management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and customers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to superiors clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-solve and make critical decisions to keep projects on track and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
