QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- With background in Recruitment.
- Applicant must be willing to start as soon as possible
JOB DESCRIPTION
- In-charge of Recruitment in the assigned branch
- Sourcing for the qualified applicants according to the positions available
- Administer and check psychological exams to the applicants
- Monitors job vacancies in the assigned branch/es from time to time
- Willing to coordinate with PESO and schools for local and school job fairs
- Organize filing of resumes for each branch according to position qualified.
- Conducts employee orientation on Company Rules and Regulations and facilitates the signing of employment contracts.
- Maintains 201 files both soft and hard copies of all officers and employees in the company.
- Develops and implements an automated system of monitoring the monthly head-count in every assigned branch and prepares the consolidated monthly report.
- Gathers monthly head-count report of the assigned branches.
- Monitors expiration of Probationary employment contracts per month for all branches and concession outlets.
- Monitors change of employment status of personnel.
- Assist in organizing company events by doing administrative and secretariat functions
- Performs other relevant administrative responsibilities assigned by the HRO.
