
Start-Up Officer

This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable navigating both operations and finance, has a background in process improvement, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up new office branches and operational systems
- Learn and help implement our internal accounting system and reporting tools
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and logistics processes
- Identify and improve inefficiencies across operations and documentation
- Coordinate with branch personnel in Ormoc, Cebu, and Calbayog
- Support procurement, inventory, and asset management
- Provide operational support during the start-up and scale-up phase
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Background in accounting or finance systems is highly preferred
- Familiarity with office setup, process improvement, and logistics workflows
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to be hands-on
- Comfortable working in a start-up or growing business environment
- Willing to travel
