This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable navigating both operations and finance, has a background in process improvement, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up new office branches and operational systems
  • Learn and help implement our internal accounting system and reporting tools
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and logistics processes
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies across operations and  documentation
  • Coordinate with branch personnel in Ormoc, Cebu, and Calbayog
  • Support procurement, inventory, and asset management
  • Provide operational support during the start-up and scale-up phase

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Background in accounting or finance systems is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with office setup, process improvement, and logistics  workflows
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to be hands-on
  • Comfortable working in a start-up or growing business environment
  • Willing to travel
